Carsten Thieltges - Hair and Make-up Artist
Boasting talent, creativity, enthusiasm and a lot of joy and love for his profession Carsten Thieltges at a juvenile age was granted a scholarship for gifted professionals by the Federal Republic of Germany.
He soon became Master of Colour and brought his talent to perfection through top classes with companies such as Wella, Kertu, Vidal Sasson, Redken and Biosthetik.
This was followed by the Master hairdresser degree and his career continued in Munich.
Carsten Thieltges put his expertise into numerous fashion shows, photo shootings and events for Cerrutti, Absolut Vodka, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Elle, the German magazine Stern and the broadcasting companies ORF2 and TV Munich, to name but a few.
For five years, Carsten Thieltges worked with Gerhard Meir in his salon Le Coup and specialised in long hair styling and tuck-and-roll coiffures. Carsten´s professional path was topped by his degree of Hair and Make-up Artist at Munich Make-up School. In September 2004 he opened GLOUM and thereby fulfilled his dream of independence with his very own salon.
